Climblink Builders Sdn Bhd is a registered renovation and construction contractor based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, serving homes and businesses across the Klang Valley.
Our Story
From two toolboxes to fourteen trade crews
The company began in 2021 with two men, a van and a steady stream of emergency calls — burst pipes, sagging ceilings, half-finished renovations abandoned mid-contract. Rescue work is a harsh teacher: it shows you every way a project can go wrong, and exactly which corners were cut to get there.
We built Climblink Builders around the lessons from those call-outs. Quotations are itemised because we saw what lump sums hide. Crews are employed in-house because we saw what happens when four subcontractors share one site and no responsibility. Waterproofing carries a five-year warranty because we spent our first year tearing out other people's failed membranes.
Today we run fourteen trade crews covering wet works, electrical, carpentry, painting and finishing, coordinated by project leads who each carry a decade or more of Malaysian site experience.
How We Operate

No work starts without a signed scope, schedule and payment plan. Variations are priced and approved in writing first.
Progress photos posted every working day. If you are overseas, you still see your site more often than most owners standing next to it.
Permitted hours, covered debris, washed access roads. A renovation should not cost you your relationships on the street.
The tile brand on the quotation is the tile brand on the pallet. Substitutions happen only with your sign-off and a price adjustment.
You receive warranties, as-built notes, paint codes and supplier receipts in one folder — everything the next decade of ownership needs.
