Our supervisors average eleven years on Malaysian job sites. They have seen your problem before, and they know which shortcut fails in year three.
Renovation & Construction · Klang Valley
Spaces rebuilt properly, the first time
From leaking pipes to whole-house transformations, Climblink Builders plans the work, quotes it line by line and finishes on the date we shook hands on.
What We Do
One contractor, every trade under one roof
Wet works, wiring, carpentry and finishing are handled by our own crews — not a chain of subcontractors passing the blame along. That is how schedules hold.
Home Renovation
Terrace, semi-D, bungalow and condo units renovated end to end — demolition, wet works, finishes and handover cleaning.
Piping & Sanitary Works
Re-piping ageing homes, tracing hidden leaks, replacing sanitary fittings and installing water heaters and pumps.
Property Maintenance
Scheduled upkeep for offices, shoplots and residences — roofing, painting, electrical checks and emergency repairs.
Interior Concept & Design
Space planning, 3D visuals and custom carpentry that our own site teams then build exactly as drawn.
Rebuild & Extension Works
Kitchen extensions, additional rooms and full knock-down-rebuild projects with permit drawings arranged for you.

Who We Are
A builder that answers the phone after the deposit clears
Climblink Builders Sdn Bhd started as a two-man plumbing and repair outfit in Kota Damansara. We grew into a full renovation contractor the slow way — by fixing what other contractors abandoned, and by never quoting a number we could not stand behind.
- Registered contractor with public liability coverage on every site
- Dedicated project lead assigned to your job, one WhatsApp group, daily photo updates
- Fixed line-item quotations — variations only with your written approval
Why Clients Stay
Six habits that keep our projects boring — in a good way
Design, permits, construction, and after-care sit with one company. When something needs fixing, there is exactly one number to call.
Every quotation is itemised down to the brand of tile adhesive. If a variation comes up, you approve the cost in writing before work continues.
Waterproofing, ventilation and termite protection are specified for Malaysian humidity and rainfall — not copied from a temperate-climate manual.
Dust barriers, daily housekeeping and proper waste disposal are contractual, not optional extras. Your neighbours will not hate you by week two.
Twelve months on workmanship, five years on waterproofing membranes, all in your handover file together with as-built notes and receipts.
How It Works
From first call to handover in four clear stages
We measure, photograph and listen. You get honest feedback on what is worth doing — and what is not.
An itemised quotation follows within five working days, with drawings or 3D visuals where the scope needs them.
Works run to a published schedule. Your project lead posts photo updates daily and flags decisions before they block progress.
Joint inspection, defect rectification, professional cleaning, then a warranty file in your hands before final payment.

Client Words
What owners tell their friends about us
Two contractors ghosted us over a leaking master bathroom. Climblink found the pipe run behind the wardrobe in one visit, re-piped it, and re-tiled so cleanly you cannot tell. Invoice matched the quote to the ringgit.
Melissa ChongTerrace house owner, SS2 Petaling JayaThey renovated our clinic over three weekends so we never closed on a working day. The schedule they printed on day one was the schedule they kept. That is rarer than it should be.
Dr. Farid HamzahClinic owner, Kota DamansaraThe daily photo updates sold me. I was overseas the entire renovation and still knew exactly what was happening in my unit — including the one delay, which they flagged themselves and recovered within the week.

Straight answers before you even call
Do you handle both small jobs and full renovations?
Yes. The same crews that run full house renovations also take on smaller scopes — bathroom re-tiling, sanitary re-piping, repainting a shop unit. Very small repairs may be grouped into a scheduled visit, but nothing is turned away for being too small.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Kota Damansara and work across the Klang Valley: Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras and nearby townships. Anything further out is considered case by case.
Is your quotation itemised?
Always. Work items, materials, brands and quantities are listed line by line so you can compare quotes fairly. A single lump-sum figure hides too much — we do not quote that way.
Do you help with condo management approvals?
Yes. We prepare the renovation application, insurance letters and hoarding plan most management offices require, and we keep noisy works inside permitted hours.
How do progress payments work?
Payments follow completed milestones written into the contract — a deposit, staged payments tied to inspection points, and a final balance only after handover and your own walkthrough.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Workmanship is covered for twelve months from handover and waterproofing carries a five-year warranty. Manufacturer warranties on fittings pass to you with the receipts.
Can you work while my family stays in the house?
For phased renovations, yes — we seal work zones with dust barriers, keep one bathroom running and clean up daily. For full gut jobs we will tell you honestly if moving out is cheaper and faster.
