The classic Malaysian back extension — wet kitchen, dry kitchen or both — with drainage, ventilation and roofing done properly.
The Service
Permits first, piling second, promises kept
An unpermitted extension is a liability with a roof on it — it complicates insurance claims, resale and refinancing, and the council can order it torn down. We do not build them. Every Climblink extension starts with drawings by a qualified submitting person, structural design by our engineer, and a plan approved by your local authority.
Once the paperwork clears, our structural crews take over: piling or pad footings sized for the soil report, reinforced concrete frames, brickwork, roofing and full waterproofing where the new structure meets the old — historically the first place a cheap extension leaks.

Projects our structural crews take on
Extra bedrooms, home offices and utility rooms on the ground floor or above existing structure where the frame allows.
Structural assessment, strengthening and full upper-floor construction for landed homes that need to grow upward.
Full demolition and reconstruction when renovating the existing structure would cost more than replacing it.
Reinforced porch slabs, steel and polycarbonate awnings, and gate structure works with proper footings.
Plan drawing, submission, inspection scheduling and the certificate trail — managed for you from start to sign-off.
Reality Check
What we tell every extension client upfront
Local authority approval typically runs four to twelve weeks depending on council and scope. We submit early and build the wait into the schedule.
Two identical extensions can differ by tens of thousands of ringgit because of what is under the grass. The soil test is money well spent.
Where new concrete meets old is where extensions crack and leak. Our detailing at that junction is why we can warranty it.
