These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the general basis on which Climblink Builders Sdn Bhd ("Climblink") provides quotations and services. Individual projects are always governed by their own signed contract, which prevails over anything written here.
A. Using this website
Content and accuracy
The material on climblink.help is provided for general information. Prices, timelines and percentages quoted in our guides are illustrative figures drawn from past projects; they are not offers and will differ for your property. We update content periodically but do not warrant that every page is current at the moment you read it.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and graphics on this site belong to Climblink or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages freely; reproducing content commercially requires our written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping it at volume, or submitting false enquiries. We may block access from sources that do.
B. Enquiries, quotations and works
Site visits and quotations
Site visits within the Klang Valley are free and carry no obligation. Quotations are itemised, valid for thirty days from issue, and based on conditions observable at the time of the visit. Concealed conditions discovered after works begin (for example, corroded embedded piping or structural damage behind finishes) are priced as variations with your written approval before proceeding.
Contracts and payments
Works proceed only under a signed contract stating scope, schedule, payment milestones and warranty terms. Payments are tied to completed milestones, never to calendar dates alone. We do not commence work on verbal instructions.
Warranties
Unless the contract states otherwise, workmanship is warranted for twelve months from handover and waterproofing membrane works for five years. Warranties cover defects in our work; they do not cover damage from misuse, third-party alterations, or defects in owner-supplied materials.
Liability
Climblink carries public liability and workmen compensation insurance on all projects. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability under any project is limited to the contract value of that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
C. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Questions about these terms can be directed to [email protected] or +603-7622 4815.
